How it is made

The selected grapes are picked both by hand and mechanically, around the end of August. The grapes are lightly pressed, and the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14-18 °C, in order to develop fruity and floral aromas while maintaining the wine's classic fresh notes. The wine is aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before being bottled.

Vintage 2020
The climate was warm temperate, with some heat excess and not particularly rainy, accompanied by good temperature variations between day and night in late August and early September. This favored a slow but gradual ripening of the grapes.
