From the selection of the best Syrah grapes grown in our vineyards, a wine that shows how this grape reaches one of the highest varietal expressions in the territory of Vinci: fragrance, intensity and spiciness of its luscious, purplish, and fruity flesh. Fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, followed by a brief contact with oak of 4-6 months to add to the intense native notes of blackcurrants and raspberries, and spicy notes of vanilla with a soothing, floral aroma.
Intense red color with violet reflections.
On the nose there are hints of spices, vanilla, coffee as well as hints of ripe red fruit, plum and flowers.
In the mouth it is balanced, with a silky and enveloping tannin, long and persistent.
