How it is made

The grapes are picked both by hand and mechanically, around the end of August. The grapes are lightly pressed, and the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14-18°C, giving the wine its fruity and floral aromas while mantaining its classic freshness. The wine is aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
