How it is made

The vinification involves soft pressing the grapes after a few hours of maceration, in order to obtain the pink colour typical of this wine. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15-18°C allows the fruity and floral aromas to develop, maintaining the classic fresh, fruity notes typical of this variety. The wine ages until March, in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

Soft pressing for colour extraction, followed by cold vinification in stainless steel at a maximum temperature of 13°C, with selected cultures

Aging
Bâtonnage for 2 months on fine lees.
