Bottled history:

How it is made

This elegant and harmonious Prosecco is obtained from Glera grapes grown on the cool and windy plains of Friuli Venezia Giulia. It's an inviting sparkling wine, thanks to its delicate aromas of white fruit and its finely floral scents in the background. The bunches are harvested in the vineyard both by hand and mechanically between the end of August and the beginning of September, when the ripening point is ideal. Subsequently, the grapes are separated from their stalks and softly crushed to extract only the finest components. After the first fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-19 °C, second fermentation is carried out with the Charmat method, which consolidates the pleasantness of the fruity aromas and creates an enchanting perlage.

Vinification
With the addition of selected yeasts and sugar, the wine is refermented in an autoclave at controlled temperatures (16-19 °C) for about 30 days. Stabilization and filtration processes follow the fermentation. The sparkling wine obtained is bottled with modern technologies.
