How it is made

The wine is fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, and then put briefly in oak for 2-4 months to bring out its perfumes, colour and expressive range of aromas, while still respecting the delicate fragrance of the grape.

Vinification
Maceration of the skins for around 12 days. Fermentation at 28°C, with frequent pumping over.

Aging
In stainless steel at a controlled temperature, followed by a brief period of 2-4 months in oak barriques.

22nd-30th September
