How it is made

Fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, in order to completely transfer the sensory qualities of the vine into its clear, intense aroma.

Vintage 2019
In 2019, the spring rains created significant water reserves, ideal for getting through a moderately hot summer with low rainfall. The generally colder, wetter climate in the first half of the year slightly delayed the growing season of the vines. After a hot but normal summer, September saw good weather and large fluctuations in temperature, which brought the grapes to perfect phenolic maturity.

Vinification
White wine vinification with crushing and soft pressing, and temperature-controlled fermentation at 16-18°C

Aging
The wine ages until January/February in temperature-controlled containers.

8th-15th September

From 40 to 130m MSL.

Shell-rich Pliocene alluvial deposits

Primarily Guyot, but also spurred cordon, and for the oldest vineyards, Tuscan bow

Rich, expansive, full-bodied and sapid on the palate, with just the right level of acidity so that it keeps well but remains balanced.
