How it is made

The ripe grapes are picked and vinified for red wine, with maceration of the skins for around 10 days. Temperature-controlled fermentation at around 29°C. Frequent pumping over to fully dissolve the anthocyanins, giving the wine intensity and persistence, and enhancing its fragrance.
